Moneybookers is a tool that allows you to safely send and receive money via email - instantly. You can send money from your credit card, transfer money to and from your bank account. Use Moneybookers whenever you need to send money to someone (settle a debt with a friend, pay for online purchase/auctions...) or when someone needs to send money to you.

Funding your account

To fund your Moneybookers account, simply:

1. Visit www.moneybookers.com , click Login and enter your e-mail address, password and Turing Number.

2. Click Upload Funds. You will be given a choice of two funding options, namely: Bank Transfer and Credit Card.

Bank Transfer: This allows you to transfer funds into your Moneybookers account.

Credit Card: This allows you to register your credit card and use it to fund your Moneybookers account.
3. Select the funding option that best suits you.

Bank Transfer:
1. A unique transaction ID will be generated and the bank details provided. Now, you have to instruct your bank to process the transaction. Make sure to enter the transaction ID or your login email in the reference field. If you do not want to fund your account via bank transfer, find here more supported payment methods.

2. The name of your nearest local bank will be provided, into which you must deposit the funds
Please note: moneybookers will do NOT debit your bank account directly, you must instruct your bank yourself to do this transfer.

3. Use the unique Transaction ID as the reference when making your deposit

4. Moneybookers will reconcile the transaction and credit your Moneybookers account
Credit Card:
1. Add your credit card with your Moneybookers account

Purchasing

  1. Log into the Casino and click on the "Cashier" button.
  2. Click on the "Purchase" tab located on the top left.
  3. Enter the amount to purchase.
  4. Select Moneybookers from the list of payment methods and click "confirm". This will bring us to the moneybookers page.
  5. If you are a new customer, complete the registration page.
  6. Fill in your moneybookers email and password and enter the turing number from the graphic shown beside the box.
  7. Click pay now.
  8. Click the "confirm" button on the next screen.
  9. Click "OK" on the next screen.
  10. Close the cashier window.
  11. Open a game and start playing!

Withdrawing to Your Moneybookers Account

Follow the steps below to withdraw casino credits:

  1. Login and connect to Hot Pepper Casino.
  2. Click on the "Cashier" button.
  3. Click "Widthdraw" from the tabs on the top.
  4. Enter the amount to withdraw and select "Moneybookers" from the "Payment Method" dropdown box.
  5. Click confirm to process the withdrawal.
  6. The withdrawal will remain pending for 48 hours. During this time you can redeposit some or all of this withdrawal. After 48 hours, your remaining withdrawal will be processed and sent to Moneybookers.
